The Brown Jordan team saw a growing demand for better digital and mobile B2B ecommerce, but their existing site was not built to provide the elevated digital experience customers expected and needed. The site was weighed down by a limited menu system, manual price quoting, and slow order status updates. They partnered with Wpromote to upgrade their platform and strengthen their web presence as a whole to appeal to and better serve their core customers: dealers, architects, designers, retail stores, and end-user consumers.

Integrating Best-In-Class UX With Backend Operational Efficiency

Wpromote worked with the Brown Jordan team to transform their site into a mobile-first B2B digital enterprise solution. Wpromote’s Digital Experience experts carefully analyzed the company’s existing site and recommended a two-part solution aligned with Brown Jordan’s new mobile and ecommerce business objectives, including replatforming to Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce). The new site would be built to leverage Adobe Commerce’s native B2B capabilities on the backend and Wpromote’s Progressive Web Application (PWA Pro) on the frontend.

The PWA layer would create an exceptional customer experience by making the site feel like a native mobile app to visitors and providing lightning-fast speed while allowing for greater merchandising flexibility. The Adobe Commerce layer would handle product data from Brown Jordan’s vast furniture inventory and provide a robust data solution for Brown Jordan’s business operations.

Launching a New and Improved User Experience

Wpromote launched Brown Jordan’s new site within four months. The site featured an improved, more intuitive UX/UI, including a designated workflow that allowed visitors to create a cart and request specific quotes, different pricing modules, filters, and a product visualizer that allowed customers to view and interact with a 3D rendering of specific products. The new, more efficient digital commerce experience was also powered by successful integrations with Akeneo, Prismic.io, HubSpot, and Cylindo.
