Position Summary

The Talent Management Coordinator will work closely with our VP of Talent in all areas related to Talent Acquisition and Management. This role varies widely and is largely responsible for the administrative functions that support our amazing team. The ideal candidate thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where change is embraced, not feared.

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Management Support

Work with VP of Talent to develop accurate job descriptions across the company.

Assist VP of Talent in evaluating compensation benchmarking, making adjustments as necessary.

Gather key HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, employee performance, various employee surveys), which will ultimately assist in driving business decisions.

Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations; assist with compliance investigations when necessary.

Make updates to Employee Handbook as needed.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

Recruit, interview, manage, and close candidates for various roles in the company.

Manage and update job postings on various boards.

Assist VP of Talent with Employer Branding initiatives.

Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers ensuring an enjoyable interview process for every candidate, regardless of outcome.

Work closely with VP of Talent on hiring priorities, objectives, budget, and timeline.

Own and manage the onboarding process for all new hires including equipment set up, email and Slack registration, new hire paperwork, and ensuring each new hire has a seamless onboarding experience.

Benefits, Payroll, Workers Compensation, and 401K Administration

Manage benefits administration and benchmarking in order to remain competitive within the market.

Partner with our benefits broker on managing and executing annual Open Enrollment, plan changes and be the primary point of contact for any and all benefits questions/issues from the team.

Manage 401K administration and reporting.

Work closely with Accounting to process payroll, run various reports, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, update employees' personal and financial info.

Manage vendors for company G&L insurance, workers comp, and post all necessary documents where needed.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience as a Talent Management Coordinator or similar role.

Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices, with an emphasis in the digital marketing industry.

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Team player.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
