SEO Client Services Coordinator.
Visiture is a rapidly growing eCommerce agency headquartered in Charleston, SC with a thriving office in Midtown Atlanta as well. We are looking for an extraordinarily talented individual to join our team.
We are seeking someone who craves a challenge and is passionate about driving user engagement and results. Visiture markets its services to a broad range of online merchants looking to increase their online sales and profitability including Spanx, Just for Men, Title Nine, Mitchell Gold Bob Williams, and more.
The SEO Client Services Coordinator’s main objective is to ensure that all client deliverables flow efficiently to the various teams within our SEO department. They are responsible for keeping everyone on task and deliverables submitted on or ahead of the deadline. Their ultimate goal is to make sure the teams assigned to the client are well informed and satisfied with each and every deliverable.
Monitor all communication between Client Services and Clients, distributing information/assets to appropriate teams when needed.
Inform Client Services when client contact is required to get approvals or gather assets in order to complete work.
Track tasks for all accounts within the Project Management System to make sure Content Strategists, Tech Specialists, and Outreach Specialists are meeting deadlines; work with Managers to help them better prioritize/work more efficiently if not.
Assist with the client onboarding process, setting up new client accounts in the Project Management System and ensuring all deadlines are met by team members during onboarding.
Provide monthly status updates to Client Services about what work has been completed and what is pending.
Prepare monthly reporting templates for clients managed by Manager of Client Services.
Work alongside Client Services and assist with data entry and data research in analytics tools.
Attend client meetings and take notes as well as assist with agenda preparation for client calls, and email action items for both Visiture and the client after the calls.
Assist with Client Services admin responsibilities, including creating client presentations and reporting dashboards.
1-3 years in a Project Manager or similar role.
Highly effective communicator with demonstrated success in a fast-paced digital marketing agency or start-up environment.
Ability to see the bigger picture and ensure all systems are working towards the same goal.
Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and juggle many competing priorities at one time.
Exceptional time-management, organizational, and people skills.
Experience with various tools and databases used for Project Management.
Ability to be assertive and diplomatic simultaneously.
Training and Special Skills
SEO training will be provided by Visiture but a good understanding of the industry is required.
Solid work ethic, adaptable to a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.

Strong self-motivator with the ability to prioritize and multi-task independently.
Excellent professional, communication skills both verbal and written.
