Position Summary

The Recruiter will own the hiring process, while abiding by all legal guidelines, for all entry to senior-level positions. This process includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent that will move the organization forward.

Primary Responsibilities

Meets and exceeds hiring goals for filling open positions with qualified talent.

Builds applicant sources through social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), job postings, advertising event attendance and tradeshows, relationship building with colleges/students (participation in classes, career fairs, resume events, etc.), employment agencies, and advertising/eCommerce talent network, etc.

Work with hiring managers to determine their ideal candidates and their top desirable traits for
various roles.

Assist hiring managers with job description build-out and maintenance.

Review incoming resumes based on qualifications and applicant requirements for current openings; make recommendations to hiring managers.

Remain knowledgeable on organization information, opportunities, and benefits and act as a lead promoter of Visiture.

Work with Marketing team to implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy that attracts high-quality candidates.

Determines applicant qualifications through phone and occasional in-person interviews.

Create and deliver interview packets, including behavioral and technical interview questions, to hiring managers.

Assist hiring manager with development of technical assessments to be used during interview process.

Verification of references.

Project-manage hiring managers: follow-up on resumes, follow-up on availability, obtain detailed feedback on interviews, keep hiring process moving: second round interviews, provide advice on hiring, etc.

Ensure hiring managers are using applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Talent Hub.

Build relationships while working with candidates throughout hiring process. This includes but is not limited to: follow-up on resume submission, contact and communication regarding openings, scheduling of interviews, communication/interaction throughout hiring process, rejections and/or follow-up after interviews, etc.

Responsible for offers and employment negotiations.

Work with various internal departments to ensure seamless start for new hires, including but not limited to: paperwork for systems administration, HR, and Legal; involvement with first-week orientation/training; creation of new hire welcome kits, etc.

Meet regularly with Chief People Officer and hiring managers to discuss progress on filling positions, challenges, solutions, etc.

Keep applicant tracking system, Talent Hub, up-to-date with all candidate and hiring process
information.

Assist with new hire back-end system set-up.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

1+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising industry and/or eCommerce.

Strong interpersonal skills with a strong interest in building and maintaining relationships.

Ability to influence and sell.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Self-starter with initiative and drive.

Clear writing and excellent verbal communication skills.

Quick learner who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced office setting.
