We are seeking someone who craves a challenge and is passionate about increasing conversion rates and increasing revenue. Visiture markets its services to a broad range of online merchants looking to increase their online sales and profitability including Spanx, Just for Men, Title Nine, Mitchell Gold Bob Williams, and more.

Position Summary

The position is responsible for the intake and resolution of clients’ questions and requests and frequent client outreach regarding account performance, updates on current initiatives, opportunities for account growth, etc.

The position also holds responsibilities essential to successfully onboarding new clients as well as generating, analyzing, and delivering clients’ monthly reports. The individual will work closely with the Director of Client Services and Media Account Managers to ensure clients’ needs and account performance requirements are met.

Principal Responsibilities

Intake questions and requests directly from clients (via email or phone).

Respond to clients in a timely manner (same day) with thorough communication (via email or phone). Responses may require research and/or collaboration with Media Account Managers.

Assign client requests to the appropriate Media Account Manager and follow-up as necessary.

Frequently consult with Media Account Managers to ensure account optimizations are in line with clients’ needs and requests.

Schedule and lead (recurring and ad hoc) calls with clients (and any necessary Visiture Media team members) as needed.

Schedule internal meetings with Visiture Media team members as needed to ensure the progress of tasks are on-track.

Prepare weekly internal reports and review and analyze with Media Account Managers.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports to clients with any necessary commentary.

Play an integral role in onboarding of new clients and provide constant communication to client until campaign launch.

Facilitate the implementation and confirmation of media conversion and call tracking during onboarding process.

Showcases knowledge of the client’s business as the advocate of their goals, best interests, & expectations.

Stay up to date with search engine and media industry trends and developments.

Approaches challenges with the intent of resolution.


Bachelor’s degree.

2-3 years prior customer service experience.

Prior experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads is a plus (certification required upon employment date).

Google Analytics or other Web analytics experience a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
